Effective Exercises and Tips To Grow Taller
Yoga and physical exercise is thought to help a person gain a good body posture as well as an increase in height. Basic leg stretch
Sit down, relax and spread your legs as far apart as you can. Now reach for your toes with your knees keep straight. At the same time reach to the toes of the other leg too. Keep the spine straight and move from the hips. Do not arch your spine. This exercise helps stretching up your spine and your legs. Repeat for 6 – 15 seconds.
Skipping or hanging is also considered as a good way to grow tall. But do that only if you have strong bones and are flexible enough.

- Sleep in a straight position. Do not curl up on side. Your muscles need to relaxed and comfortable. Lying curled up will eventually cause the muscles to grow lazy and used to that specific posture.
- Perform stretching exercises regularly.
